Self-Representation or “Pro Se” Representation with Attorney Rebecca Press

In this second educational event, Attorney Rebecca Press explained how to represent yourself in U.S. Immigration Court and argue before a judge.

“Pro se” is the Latin term for “for oneself” and refers to the legal term for self-representation.

This session is made possible thanks to the partnership between VIA, UnLocal, and the PSPP group, with the goal of continuing to provide virtual and in-person guidance and education to the migrant community seeking humanitarian protection in the United States.
