Changing your address with the Immigration Court, ICE, and USCIS.

Any foreign national in the United States with an ongoing immigration process must notify each federal agency where their case is being processed about their change of address. This helps ensure that these agencies send notifications and important documents to the correct address.

Very important: The Immigration Court and ICE, also known as Immigration Police, do not communicate with each other. Therefore, when you change your address with ICE, you must also do so with the Immigration Court. If you have an open case with USCIS, you must also submit a separate change of address with them.
