U.S. Employers and Work Authorization for Foreign Nationals
U.S. employers are required to ensure that all their employees, regardless of citizenship or national origin, are authorized to work in the United States. This session provides information on the Employment Authorization Document (EAD), issued by the U.S. Department of Immigration, which allows foreign nationals to work legally in the U.S.
This session was made possible through collaboration between VIA and Co-Counsel NYC.
