Every non-citizen in the United States who has an ongoing immigration case must report a change of address to each federal agency handling their case. This helps ensure that these agencies send important notifications and documents to the correct address.
Very important: ICE and the Immigration Court do not communicate with each other. Therefore, when you report a change of address to ICE, you must also do it separately with the Court. These federal agencies do not share information between them.
